Overview
Essentially there are 3 types of service that you can interconnect. These must be enabled at the base account level in order for them to be configured.
Services
- PBX/Trunk: PBX
- Sets the parameters to talk to your PBX.
- PBX/Trunk: Trunk
- Connects your existing SIP Trunk directly to Microsoft Teams so you can use Teams as your PBX.
- Skype For Business
- Sets the domain and sync options necessary to allow us to route calls between your PBX and Microsoft and synchronize users where required.
- Teams
- Sets the domain and sync options necessary to allow us to route calls between your PBX and Microsoft and synchronize users where required.
