Requirements for Microsoft Teams Integration

For customers that are being included in the initial release of our Microsoft Teams Integration, you will need to ensure that you have met the following requirements:

  • A dedicated unlicensed user/login to your Office 365 account with Global Admin rights. We suggest using something like oneucadmin@{domain} just to make it easy.
  • Microsoft Phone System licence add-ons (or E5 licences) for the end users of the service.—
  • One or two spare Office 365 user licenses such as Business Basic/Premium or E1/E3/E5, for a few hours during the initial setup.—
  • Microsoft tenant supports Direct Routing configuration.

After you have this in place we will be able to begin the initial setup process for you.
