Queue Reports

The Queue report provides details on the performance of your queues.

To access this report go to The CallCenter Tab and then select Queue Report from the Sub-Menu.

This will display all of the information for all your queues for the current day. You can select a Queue from the drop down to display data for only that queue.

Additionally you can select a From and To date for aggregate data over a maximum of a 30 day period.
