Configuring Call Center Transfers

Call Center Transfers are used along with the Call Center Config to create predefined lists of numbers and SIP URIs that an agent can transfer a caller/contact.

To manage your Call Center Transfer select CallCenter Transfer from the Call Center Menu.

This will bring you to the Call Center Transfer Management Screen.

Adding a Transfer Number

To add a new transfer number or SIP URI click on the Add button from the Transfer Management Screen:

Next you will need to enter the Phone Number or SIP URI a call could be transferred too, along with a Display Name.

After you are done, click the save button to save your changes.
