Introduction
In this article we will go over the steps needed to install OneUC SMS over Microsoft Teams. In general the process should take about 10 minutes.
NOTE:
Before you can move forward with the installation your users need to be enabled. If you have not done so already, contact your account manager or technical support for assistance doing this.
Step 1: Download the App File
You now need to download the App File which will be installed into your Microsoft Teams. You must ensure the .zip file is not unpacked. The whole .zip file must be uploaded into Microsoft Teams.

Step 2: Go to the Apps Menu in Microsoft Teams
Now open Microsoft Teams. Then click on the Apps icon from the toolbar on the left.
Click on Manage your apps at the bottom of the Store menu in Microsoft Teams and then click on Upload a customized app.
Step 3: Manage Your Apps
Click on Manage your apps. You can find it at the bottom of the Store menu in Microsoft Teams.
Step 4: Publish your App
Click on Publish an app that is located at the top.
Then click on Upload a customized app in the pop-up window.
NOTE:
It is important that you select the first option (Upload a customized App) and that you are a Global Administrator within your Microsoft Tenant
Select the ZIP file you just downloaded
At this stage the App is now installed. You can click on it to enable it for yourself.
