For customers that are being included in the initial release of our Microsoft Teams Integration, you will need to ensure that you have met the following requirements:
- A dedicated unlicensed user/login to your Office 365 account with Global Admin rights. We suggest using something like oneucadmin@{domain} just to make it easy.
- Microsoft Phone System licence add-ons (or E5 licences) for the end users of the service.—
- You can also use a Common Area Phone License, or the Microsoft 365 Business Voice (without calling plan) License. Please see the minimum licensing requirements for more details
- One or two spare Office 365 user licenses such as Business Basic/Premium or E1/E3/E5, for a few hours during the initial setup.—
- Microsoft tenant supports Direct Routing configuration.
After you have this in place we will be able to begin the initial setup process for you.
